What Clevva does
Clevva is a service that answers messages on your behalf using AI, based on the business information you give us. You stay in control: you can edit the knowledge base, hand conversations to a human, or turn the service off at any time.
Trial & billing
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, monthly plans renew on the day of signup. Cancel anytime; no early-termination fee.
What we ask of you
Use Clevva for lawful business communication. Do not feed us content you do not have the right to send. Do not abuse the service to spam or harass. Standard expectations.
What we owe you
We will keep the service available, keep your data secure, and tell you honestly when something goes wrong. If we cannot meet that, you can leave and take your data with you.
